Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team in an on-the-job training program at the headquarters.

The IT Manager plays a crucial role in defining and managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and network systems within the organization.

  • Responsible for planning and managing IT infrastructure strategies.
  • Operates, monitors, and develops SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Defines IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, aligning with global guidelines.
  • Rolls out global IT initiatives in alignment with the Global IT team.
  • Manages the purchasing, installation, and rollout processes in subsidiaries for IT hardware, aligning with global guidelines.
  • Responsible for technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure.
  • Ensures operational performance, availability, security, and continuity of local IT infrastructure in the plant/subsidiary.
  • Proposes and coordinates the deployment and maintenance of IT hardware and network solutions.
  • Monitors the performance of IT infrastructure and networks and recommends improvements as required.
  • Analyzes business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders to define IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Troubleshoots hardware and software issues related to internal IT and acts as the IT support lead for the assigned organization.
  • Adapts and integrates global IT guidelines and policies into the region.
  • Serves as a liaison between business units and technical IT teams.
  • Responsible for local/regional technical operations of IT solutions.
  • Acts as a local IT Security Manager by completing system audits and assessments, building awareness around information technology security and protection, and implementing IT risk mitigation measures.
  • Manages IT-related incidents, service requests, and changes.
  • Provides guidance and support to IT Support Specialists.
  • Defines and manages Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
