Business Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Developer to fill a key role within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications that meet organizational goals.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against requirements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but advantageous).
