Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collaboration Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating business processes, participating in technical design of platforms, and managing ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. They will oversee the administration and integration of collaboration platforms, working closely with internal and external partners across various organizations.

This role involves maintaining and optimizing collaboration systems, ensuring system security, implementing standards, and responding to failures or performance issues. The successful candidate will also produce regular reports on system performance, capacity, availability, and security for senior management.

Additionally, the Collaboration Systems Engineer will write technical documentation, collaborate on ongoing issues and projects, manage vendor relationships, and install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.

They will maintain automation scripts, enhance functionality, follow industry best practices, and quality assurance standards. The successful candidate will perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact, including on-call duty.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+yrs technology support experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams
  • Extensive experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions
  • 4+yrs Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support
