Lead Digital Banking Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant to join our Service Delivery Centre of Excellence in Q2.
As part of this role, you will contribute to delivering innovative digital banking solutions to our North American Banking & Financial Services Clientele. This includes implementing Q2's digital banking platform for new clients and providing dedicated support during their operational hours.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Working Hours:
You will work the 2nd shift from 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST, ensuring alignment with business requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Business Validation & Testing:
Perform thorough business analysis validations on deliverables before releasing them to customers, ensuring adherence to business requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure adherence to business requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
Lead customers through the test strategy and user acceptance testing (UAT) process, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and successful validation of digital banking products.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients during the implementation and UAT phase, addressing any issues or concerns, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
Defect Triaging:
Analyze customer tickets and triage issues effectively, collaborating with the technical support team to prioritize and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements Management:
Lead the development of comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications to articulate project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
Seller Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, program and project managers, technical teams, and quality assurance teams, to gather, analyze business requirements, and configure Q2's digital banking platform.
Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demonstrations to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Drive customer discussions to proactively resolve queries, concerns, and blockers, leveraging deep domain knowledge and technical expertise to provide effective solutions.
Subject Matter Expert Engagement:
Serve as an expert in digital banking products, offering guidance to internal teams and clients, while also demonstrating expertise in US banking trends and industry best practices.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
Required skills include proficiency in utilizing essential project management and analysis tools, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, motivated by providing excellent Customer Service, passion for technology, and desire to join a winning team, prove yourself, and ramp up quickly.
PREFERRED
A Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field is preferred along with demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage subject matter experts effectively.
TOTAL REWARD PACKAGE
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on location and experience level.
