Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer to join our data integration and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter.

The successful applicant will have strong expertise in data transformation, quality control, and cleansing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.   1. Develop and enhance ETL mappings, workflows, and sessions using Informatica PowerCenter.
  2. Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP, and others.
  3. Execute file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers using Informatica tools and techniques.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, including data quality assurance, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. 3–7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter, with a focus on ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
  2. Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
  3. Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems using Informatica APIs and interfaces.
  4. Familiarity with cloud integration platforms, API integrations, and automation tools.
  5. Excellent troubleshooting skills for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  6. Experience working in a global team environment, with exposure to multi-shift support models and distributed work arrangements.

  1. Candidate must be flexible to work in shifts (APAC, IST, UK) to support global operations.
