Job Description

As a Case Analysis and Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of a background verification platform. You will work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

  • Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  • Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree or graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Benefits

This is a full-time internship opportunity that requires a minimum duration of 9 months. You will be working 9 hours a day, including one hour of break, and may be required to work on weekends based on business needs. You will receive compensation for working on off-days and have access to various benefits, including health insurance, tele-doctor consultations, learning and development budget, and more.
