Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Lead to oversee the implementation of our Clinical Content Management solution.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in implementing the ServiceNow CSM module from scratch, with a strong focus on team leadership and end-to-end project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and implementers to ensure effective delivery of high-quality solutions.
- End-to-End Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the CSM module, customizing the solution according to client requirements.
- ServiceNow Development: Develop expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Actions, and Client Scripts.
- Project Delivery: Participate in hands-on development in current projects, ensuring timely implementation and meeting client expectations.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues related to the CSM module, guiding team members on technical challenges.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM implementation.
- Strong Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and customization.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
