Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation and maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System for all relevant areas within the company.

This includes ensuring compliance risk assessments, performance monitoring, and reporting on status and risk-mitigating measures. Additionally, the role involves supporting local management in assuming and executing its responsibility to implement and maintain an effective Compliance program at the unit level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and best practices, as well as experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory services. A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the implementation and maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System.
  • Ensure compliance risk assessments, performance monitoring, and reporting on status and risk-mitigating measures.
  • Support local management in assuming and executing its responsibility to implement and maintain an effective Compliance program at the unit level.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of Compliance Management System.
  • Liaise with local Management, DCO/RCO, and central IL/C departments regarding delivery of training to employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory services.
  • Skills:
    • Fluent in spoken and written English and local language.
    • Management and Leadership skills.
    • Strong communications, training & facilitation skills.
    • Detail-orientated with strong analytical and investigative skills.
Salary and Benefits

Expected salary range is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The position also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
