Join a dynamic team as a Supply Chain Solutions Expert. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diligently conduct in-depth assessments with customers to develop compelling business cases for outsourcing.
  • Create strategic value propositions and articulate service offerings to drive client success.
  • Present solutions with confidence during client discussions and defend their effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams and provide ongoing support during the transition phase.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, including developing training modules to enhance team capabilities.
  • Represent the organization in analyst interactions to strengthen brand reputation and positioning.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions for large-scale deals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to demonstrate thought leadership.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 8–15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain Management.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • A strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • A good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
  • Experience with outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
  • Exposure to automation, RPA, digitalization, analytics, and process mining tools is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
