Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Tax Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing a wide range of GST related assignments including retainership, compliances, tax reviews, GST audit, departmental audits and scrutiny. They will also be familiar with other indirect taxes laws such as Service Tax & VAT Laws, handling compliances and litigations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, providing guidance on GST matters, preparing submissions/replies to tax notices, drafting appeals, and representing clients before revenue authorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and fostering client engagement through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their growth and development within the organization.
Requirements
  • CA/Lawyer with 5-6 years experience in indirect tax domain.
  • Hands-on experience for complex GST technical review and advisory.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong drive to excel professionally, guide and motivate others.
  • Independent workload management with limited resources, ability to work under pressure.
