As a dedicated Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our software products. We are seeking three highly skilled professionals to join our team and contribute to the development of automated tests for multiple testing scenarios.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with development teams to promote continuous alignment and ensure that software bugs are detected early in the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Designing and implementing automated tests for various country instances, leveraging your expertise in Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Extending the coverage of automation tests to support early detection of bugs and risks, thereby enhancing overall software quality.
  • Working closely with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure software quality goals are being achieved.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements within our continuous improvement strategy and driving their implementation.
  • Maintaining proficiency in all required tools and components necessary for task completion.
  • Fostering adherence to software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.
  • Producing relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality-as-everyone's-responsibility strategy.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Solid experience with automated testing, with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one software development language.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

The following qualifications are not mandatory but will be highly valued:

  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests, using tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar.
  • Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured,or similar tools.
