Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to play a key role in the development and maintenance of complex trading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct automated testing using UFT, including functional, performance and regression testing.
  • Create and update test cases based on business requirements.
  • Manage software issues and test activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project teams to discuss issues and report on testing status.
  • Foster a culture of quality by adhering to established QA standards and policies.
  • Provide estimates to support QA management in producing an accurate project schedule.
  • Support product development by testing various business scenarios and verifying functionality.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced financial markets is highly valued.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and tools is essential.
  • Motivation level and attention to detail are critical for success.
  • Able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of financial products such as FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities, etc.
  • Programming experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of UFT and other automation testing tools.
  • Experience with bug tracking software and Test Case Management Tools.
  • Design and document automated test cases within a defined framework.
  • Ability to create new test cases based on requirements documents and guidance from product and development teams.
  • Translate manual regression test cases into automated UFT tests.
  • Familiarity with programming languages Java, C#, C++ is beneficial.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of general Quality Assurance experience with complex trading systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with UFT.
