**Job Title:** Business Growth Manager
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, analyzing market trends to understand their needs, and planning and executing sales strategies that drive growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to expand the client base
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
- Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with business goals
- Tracking sales performance and providing insights to inform future strategy
Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong network and ability to build relationships
- Leadership skills and the ability to convince and influence others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
