This role is responsible for leading a team, ensuring the delivery of their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and planning of the team.">
  • Train and develop team members through coaching sessions, team huddles, and recognizing areas for improvement.">
  • Create reports on team performance and document feedback from clients.">
  • Effectively manage issues that may arise, including HR-related ones.">
  • Serve as a liaison between management and the team.">
  • Maintain a high level of technical know-how and excellent communication skills.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Team Leader in a customer support role within an outsourcing or similar company.">
  • At least 10 teammates managed.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Above-average technical knowledge.">
