Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to resident faculty and visiting faculty, ensuring a seamless experience during PGP teaching.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative assistance to Visiting Faculty and Resident Faculty from Hyderabad, including course material compilation (30%)
  • Travel arrangements, accommodation, and F&B arrangements for Visiting and Resident Faculty, as well as guest speakers (30%)
  • Final invoice and ticket settlements (15%)
  • Course-related tasks, such as seating layouts and exam support (15%)
  • Departmental stationery, mementos, and other activities (10%)

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate

Essential Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills, secretarial skills, coordination skills, communication skills, meticulous planning and organizing, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail, negotiation skills, and listening skills

Favorable Experience:

2-5 years of relevant work experience
