Job Title: Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in data management.

Key responsibilities include data profiling, PII analysis and sensitive field analysis methods, as well as experience with data masking and provisioning techniques for testing environments.

A strong understanding of enterprise databases including IMS, DB2, Oracle and MS SQL Server is required.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more TDM tools, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

In addition, proficiency in SQL queries and experience integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipelines are highly valued.

This role requires excellent technical knowledge, analytical skills and the ability to drive technical initiatives.

The successful candidate will be able to understand current architecture, data flows and application dependency.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of test data profiling/PII analysis/sensitive field analysis methods
  • Experience in data masking and data provisioning techniques for testing environments
  • Expertise with enterprise databases - IMS, DB2, Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • Ability to understand current architecture, data flows and application dependency
  • Proficiency in one or more TDM tools (Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, K2View, DataMasque)
  • Experience in integrating TDM solutions with CI/CD pipeline
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
