Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing research and operational expertise to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the function.

  • Maintain, consolidate, and verify data, prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on the research of data from multiple sources to support business operations.
  • Work on process optimizations and system controls, automation, leverage and improve dashboards and online reports to provide better insight through data analysis.

A typical day includes creating and reviewing efficient procedures for all records, including invoice purchase orders and relevant documentation, performing general reporting and research activities for scorecarding of suppliers, and keeping system updated reflecting current acceptance.

The ideal candidate typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 3 years of experience in materials or a related field, and a background in manufacturing is desired.
