Research Scientist - Biopharmaceutical Development

We are seeking a Research Scientist to join our biopharmaceutical development team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and executing studies to support the development of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs, from discovery through IND-enabling stages.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions for function-based identification and selection of ADC and mAb lead candidates with a focus on pharmacokinetic profiling to ensure safe and effective therapeutic development.
  • Interpret complex pharmacokinetic data and provide actionable insights to cross-functional project teams.
  • Represent the biopharmaceutical development functions in internal and external meetings, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to address ADC-related challenges and deliver integrated solutions from target validation to IND submission.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 12-15 years or Ph.D. with 5 years' experience.
  • Expertise in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of pharmacokinetics principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in communication, innovation, and team leadership.
