**Software Development Engineer in Test Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test to drive our team's success at Norconsulting Global Recruitment.

  • The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience working autonomously to test ITSFI applications.
  • They will collaborate closely with business users, application build IT teams, and other IT teams within the project to meet WBG internal standards and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop expertise in web automation tools like Selenium with Java/C#, and Playwright.
  • Design an efficient automation framework and utilize Azure Test Plans.
  • Work with Azure DevOps and have a solid understanding of technology environment such as Azure, Azure SQL, MSSQL.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Certification by ISTQB is preferred.
  • Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate well with all stakeholders at all levels.

**The Successful Candidate Will:**

  • Be able to work directly with clients and management without supervision, facilitating and navigating discussions to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus.
