The Office of the Founder is a strategic position that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. As part of our team, you will work directly with our leadership to manage cross-functional priorities, ensure smooth operations, and conceptualize global events.
This role requires you to drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums. You will also conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking, as well as prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for stakeholders.
As a key member of our team, you will oversee operational excellence, monitoring KPIs and execution of day-to-day activities. You will also support business development, partnerships, and relationship management.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field. You should have 2–5 years of experience in strategy or startup roles, and strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to manage projects end-to-end. An entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and problem-solving capabilities is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic initiatives, decision-making, and execution of critical projects.
- Manage multiple verticals, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management for events, conferences, and forums.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for stakeholders.
- Act as a central point of communication and follow-through on commitments.

Requirements:
