Our approach involves scaling aggressively and preparing for a significant funding round. To achieve this, we need individuals with exceptional leadership skills who can drive learner acquisition, close corporate upskilling contracts, and take the brand nationwide and worldwide.

Requirements
  • Role 1: Sales & Marketing Co-Founder (CRO / CMO) - Develop a 12-month growth strategy for scaling from our current base to 25K+ active learners.
  • Role 2: Technical Co-Founder (CTO / Head of Learning & Labs) - Propose a technical roadmap for building scalable environments, training improvements, etc.
Benefits We offer equity of 10–25% each, mandatory capital contribution of ₹20–50 L each for runway growth, zero salary until traction, stable revenue, and funding. A full-time commitment of 3–5 years is required to build an enduring category leader.
