About the Opportunity:

This pivotal role in a Hotel Supply Strategy team drives growth by designing automation frameworks, unlocking insights, and adopting analytics tools.

The Domestic Hotels business offers travelers access to 70K+ hotels across India. The team leads high-impact reporting, accelerates supply-side performance, and uncovers opportunities to scale.

This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Lead the rollout of analytics tools across the organization.
  • Design dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
  • Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization.
  • Automate manual workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices.
  • Leverage tools to strengthen analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with teams to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
