About the Role:

As a Data Driven Campaign Strategist, you will play a key role in building data-driven electoral campaigns. You will analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights, develop machine learning models, and build data pipelines.

About the Job Description:

The team brings together sharp minds from distinguished institutions to build electoral strategies that spark conversations and shape electoral ecosystems. As a part of the Analytics & Engineering Team, you will have the opportunity to build tools and pipelines from early days, reinventing the concept of using data for the greater good.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and statistical techniques
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and automated reporting systems
  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions and present findings to stakeholders
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to measure impact and guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a data science or analytical role
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XG Boost, TensorFlow)
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, Seaborn)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Hive
  • Exposure to MLOps and model lifecycle management
