Senior Fashion Designer Position

As a creative and detail-oriented fashion professional, you will work in our department at Little Nap Subhav India Pvt in Dewas, MP. Your key responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing fabric patterns, furniture upholstery styles, color themes, and new product lines that align with our brand's vision and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal and thematic collections for furniture, upholstery, and home decor
  • Create mood boards, sketches, CAD designs, and sample boards
  • Collaborate with the production and merchandising team to ensure feasibility of designs in manufacturing
  • Research trends, fabrics, trims, and competitors to innovate with style and aesthetics
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and samples
  • Oversee prototype development and suggest necessary corrections
  • Ensure timely design submissions and approvals
  • Maintain design documentation and technical files
  • Support marketing with design-related input for photoshoots and campaigns
Requirements
  • Strong aesthetic sense with good knowledge of color, textile, and patterns
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other design software
  • Good understanding of garment fabric construction and furniture upholstery (preferred)
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
  • Communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Interior Design, or related field is required. Knowledge of furniture industry trends is a plus.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package. You will work on day shifts and be based in our office in Dewas, MP.
