Our organization is seeking a visionary BIM Professional to drive the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies across precast construction projects. This pivotal role supports our strategic focus on delivering innovative infrastructure solutions by leveraging advanced modeling tools like Tekla.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of BIM workflows and standards, with experience in managing accurate BIM models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating detailed 3D models using Tekla software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage complex BIM models for precast construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate BIM workflows into project execution, optimizing project workflows and improving accuracy.
  • Create detailed 3D models, perform clash detection, and generate construction documentation using Tekla software.
  • Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the organization.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on BIM tools and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on BIM deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BIM implementation, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Tekla software and other BIM tools, with a strong portfolio of precast modeling projects.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing BIM workflows and standards in large-scale projects.
