Senior Structural Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering structural solutions for various projects.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing processes and procedures that ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and time constraints. You will work closely with project managers, construction managers, and clients to deliver high-quality designs and meet their expectations.

You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to implement quality management and continuous improvement programs to enhance the overall performance of the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop structural solutions for various projects
  • Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and clients to deliver high-quality designs
  • Train and mentor junior engineers
  • Implement quality management and continuous improvement programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
  • M.Tech in Structure or related field
  • Hands-on experience with ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
