About the Role:- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and interpretation of financial data to inform business decisions.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners, to build trust and loyalty.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, creativity, and open communication among team members.
- Foster collaboration between finance and other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CA/CMA designation preferred.
- At least 12 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the Hospital/Healthcare domain.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
