Marketing Analytics and Reporting Role Overview
The Marketing Analytics and Reporting role plays a vital part in planning, developing, and executing Epsilon's marketing campaign reporting capabilities. As an integral member of a team chartered with enhancing marketing's performance, you will be responsible for measurement planning, sharing advanced analyses, and developing actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic thought leadership on audience segmentation and historical campaign performance to implement data-driven strategies
- Demonstrate a strong ability to leverage Salesforce data to deliver insights and communicate recommendations to stakeholders across multiple leadership levels
- Build business relationships in the organization to promote data governance initiatives and align data across departments
- Create reports that analyze the effectiveness of activations run in partnership with third-party vendors to aid in negotiation and objective setting for the future
- Implement a measurement planning process that outlines campaign objectives, tracks metrics that measure success, and identifies areas of focus
- Help manage lead tracking and ROI measurement within Salesforce
- Implement and grow automation and dashboard capabilities
- Collaborate with both front-line marketers and senior leaders
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional work experience in analytics demonstrating increasing responsibilities and results. Digital marketing a plus
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce including best practices, methodologies, data extraction and reporting capabilities
- Experience with digital campaign measurement and optimization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization
- The ability to project manage with remote contributors and stakeholders efficiently and effectively
- Resourceful, results-oriented, and collaborative team player with good follow-through capabilities
- Experience in marketing analytics and good understanding of marketing domain
- Enthusiastic self-starter; ability to be flexible and multi-task
- A working knowledge of analytic tools (reporting systems, dashboards, automation)
- Applicable industry knowledge (media, advertising, tech, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
