Job Title:Senior Program Manager - Strategic Implementation Lead

The Senior Program Manager - Strategic Implementation Lead plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of projects across multiple states. Reporting to the Director of State Programs, this individual will serve as the central team and primary point of contact for interventions.

This leadership position requires strong project management skills to ensure timely completion, effective collaboration with internal teams, and strategic stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both in English and Hindi, and be able to navigate complex organizational landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholders, including senior officials, funders, partners, and state governments to achieve project outcomes.
  • Develop strategic and short-term project plans, utilizing tools for monitoring progress and managing escalations.
  • Lead collaboration across teams to ensure sufficient backend support and internal alignment within Haryana initiatives.
  • Monitor data to identify trends across multiple state programs, contributing to organizational learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in program management, preferably with exposure to managing projects involving senior government functionaries.
  • Proficient in data monitoring and analysis, with a strong ability to interpret and utilize data to inform decision-making.
