As a Program Manager Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our strategic school engagement programs. Your key responsibility will be to plan, execute, and manage events that foster meaningful connections between schools and our organization.

Key Responsibilities- Event Planning and Execution: Design and coordinate student engagement activities in collaboration with schools, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
- Activity Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors) to ensure smooth event operations.
- On-Ground Operations: Oversee the planning and execution of events, guaranteeing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Communication Materials: Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Program Impact Monitoring: Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of our programs and provide actionable feedback for enhancements.
- Excellent Communication: Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive results.
- Presentation Design: Demonstrate strong presentation design skills, creating engaging and informative materials that capture the essence of our programs.
- Event Planning Experience: Showcase hands-on experience in event planning and operations management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
- Task Management: Display ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively, prioritizing and completing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
