Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, configure, and maintain MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, Citrix Endpoint Management, etc.
  • Manage device enrollment for both personal and work devices, apply security policies, and ensure compliance.
  • Deploy, update, and manage mobile apps through MDM platforms, including enterprise apps, App Store apps, and custom applications.
  • Implement encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), remote wipe, geofencing, and VPN configurations to protect data.
  • Evaluate OS & patch management processes to ensure mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows) have the latest OS versions and security patches.
  • Provide technical support for MDM-related issues, device connectivity problems, and application deployment failures.
  • Integrate MDM with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
  • Track device compliance, generate reports, and analyze logs for security and performance.
