Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Email Marketing Specialist to
manually extract data from Google and other online sources, reach out to potential
clients via email without using automation tools, and generate responses to provide
qualified client information. The ideal candidate must have strong research skills,
excellent written communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset to generate
leads and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Data Collection:
o Manually extract and compile potential client data from Google and
other online sources.
o Organize and maintain collected data in spreadsheets for efficient
tracking.
Email Outreach & Lead Generation:
o Craft and send personalized emails to potential clients without
using automation tools.
o Ensure emails are engaging, professional, and aligned with
company goals.
o Follow up on sent emails to maximize response rates.
Response Management & Client Qualification:
o Monitor and respond to incoming emails from potential clients.
o Gather essential client information and qualify leads based on
company criteria.
o Maintain a detailed record of responses and interactions.
Reporting & Optimization:
o Track email response rates and effectiveness of outreach
strategies.
o Suggest improvements to enhance email engagement and
conversion.
o Provide regular reports on outreach success and lead quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in manual lead generation and email marketing.
Proficiency in online research and data extraction techniques.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for organizing data.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B lead generation.
Understanding of different industries and target audiences.
Prior experience in a sales or marketing role.
