Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in Noida/Greater Noida. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing and will play a crucial role in our digital marketing efforts. This role involves managing and optimizing email campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Email Analytics (Mandatory skill): Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights to enhance future email strategies.
- Email Copywriting: Create compelling and concise email content tailored to diverse target audiences to drive engagement.
- List Segmentation: Effectively segment email lists to target specific demographics, optimizing campaign relevancy and efficacy.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to understand customer preferences and improve email open rates and conversions.
- CRM Integration: Integrate CRM tools to personalize email campaigns, fostering deeper connections with consumers.
- HTML/CSS Knowledge: Utilize basic HTML and CSS skills to create responsive and visually appealing email templates.
