About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our IT service projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver IT service projects from initiation to closure.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation.

- Foster collaboration among development, QA, design, and operations teams for seamless execution.

- Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures.

- Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide regular progress updates.

- Conduct project reviews and ensure proper documentation of lessons learned.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/projects.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
