Financial Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support our team in various functions, including audit, accounts, tax, MIS, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and be proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and Accounting: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
  • Research and Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes.

Typical Requirements:

  • Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance -or IPCC/IPC qualification in progress.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management.
