Robotics Teacher Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate educator to lead our robotics program. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), with specific expertise in robotics, coding, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate robotics and STEM curriculum for students from Grades 3 to 10, aligned with CBSE guidelines.
  • Integrate 21st-century skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication) into classroom activities.
  • Teach fundamentals of coding and programming using tools such as Scratch, Python, Blockly, etc.
  • Guide students in design thinking and project-based learning aligned with CBSE curriculum and ATL initiatives.
  • Encourage participation in STEM competitions, exhibitions, and science fairs at intra/inter-school, district, and national levels.
  • Maintain lab equipment and inventory; ensure safety protocols in the lab.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate STEM concepts across subjects.
  • Stay updated with new developments in robotics, coding, and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields), B.Sc. in STEM-related disciplines, or equivalent. B.Ed. preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in Robotics/STEM preferred. Experience in handling ATL Labs or similar STEM labs.
  • Certification in robotics, coding, or STEM education is a plus. Proficiency in coding languages/tools (e.g., Python, Scratch, Arduino IDE).
