System Coordinator Job Description
  • We are a global leader in the development and extension of efficient and reliable power infrastructure. Our team is responsible for designing and engineering medium voltage (MV) automatic circuit recloser systems.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall coordination with sales, engineering, factory, and customer teams including following key responsibilities:

1. Reviewing techno-commercial contracts to ensure alignment with project requirements

2. Coordinating with engineers for submission of drawings and other engineering documents to customers

3. Obtaining drawing approval from customers

4. Submitting claims and negotiating with customers

5. Monitoring costs and milestones throughout order execution

6. Close coordination with factories and logistics for scheduling orders

7. Coordination with customers for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and dispatch-related activities

8. Post-dispatch service activities coordination

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of medium voltage power distribution systems and protection systems for MV panels
  • Knowledge of IS/IEC standards applicable for MV systems
  • CRM development skills and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact independently with clients for technical discussions
  • Prior experience in customer handling functions will be an added advantage
  • Education: B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 to 6 years of experience
