Key Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Manager. This individual will have over 6 years of experience in developing AC drives and power quality systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Critical Skills: Develop high-quality AC drive and power quality systems using C, C++, Embedded RTOS, threads, tasks, synchronization, scheduling, message queues, semaphores, mutexes, and events.
  • Debug complex electronic systems using J-Link debugger with ARM, STM32, C2000, and NXP.
  • Design and develop communication protocols including ModBus-RTU, TCP/IP, CAN, USB, RS232/485, SPI, I2C, and IoT.
  • Familiarity with peripherals such as DMA, LCD, FLASH, RAM, ADC, DAC, PWM, voltage, current, and temperature sensors.
  • Experience with JIRA, GitHUB, SVN, code coverage, and analysis.
Core Expertise
  • Power Electronics: Basic knowledge of power electronics products and design of complex state machines.
  • NPD Support: Assist the NPD team in designing schematic and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) using Altium, PAD, or OrCAD.
  • Component Selection: Select components for PCBs and create BOMs, symbols, footprints, and component placement for new electrical components.
  • PCB Design: Create mixed signal high-speed PCBs with EMI/EMC compliance, perform routing, and follow stack-up for PCBs typically used in power electronics products with 2-6 layers.
Additional Requirements
  • Test Coordination: Draw and design files generation to support PCB fabrication and assembly, coordination with vendors for PCB fabrication, assembly, and component procurement.
  • Compliance Assurance: Experience in DFMEA, stress analysis, power budgeting, BOM scrubbing, DAR, and MTBF.
  • Industry Compliance: Knowledge of IPC, IEC, EMI/EMC, and Environmental standards and compliance, must coordinate with government private labs for product testing to comply with various industrial standards like IEC, CE, UL, BIS, ISI, etc.
