Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Analytics Manager will be responsible for owning all analytics requests and priorities, investment strategy for the marketing team, from forecasting and budgeting analysis to post-campaign reporting and data collection. This role will work closely with eComm sales teams, eComm Performance Marketing teams, and the ROI Engine team to perform monthly and quarterly deep dive analysis on performance marketing campaigns versus agreed KPIs and ROI. The successful candidate will make recommendations on how to optimize the eComm marketing strategy and A+M budgets to drive PepsiCo growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with eComm Customer Marketing, eComm Brand Marketing, and eComm Search Marketing teams to conduct regular and ad hoc analysis to drive media investment and optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with Customer & Brand Marketing teams on various analysis, including A/B testing, campaign impact measurement, investment strategy, financial forecasting, and retailer data partnerships.
• Work with Data Science and Tech teams to consult on retailer data warehousing and architecture, automated reporting and dashboards, and ROI engine.
• Lead ROI Engine process on behalf of eComm Marketing, collecting, cleaning, and submitting all Customer and Search Marketing campaign data, validating data and reporting output at various stages of ROI Engine model.
• Track A+M spend versus budget and complete sufficiency modeling to feed into critical PEP processes AOP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, economics, mathematics, business administration, or marketing; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing/media strategy and analytics, preferably in the CPG/FMCG space and for a Global company.
• Experience in omnichannel marketing, attribution, A/B and multivariate test design and implementation, and ROI measurement.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation languages, such as SQL and R, and visualization tools, such as Tableau and Datorama.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with mastery of data ingestion, manipulation, and modeling.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage projects and communicate effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise business findings and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, with a high degree of accountability, and deal with ambiguity.
