Job Description

Freight logistics is a rapidly evolving industry, driven by innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. As a Product Owner/Business Analyst in this field, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in product development and ERP implementation, preferably in startup environments within manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain domains. Your expertise in data analysis and insights will help uncover trends and opportunities for optimization.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: You'll analyze customer and operational data to identify areas for improvement, using metrics such as product performance and customer satisfaction to inform decision-making.
  • Business & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs, pain points, and expected outcomes, mapping 'as-is' vs. 'to-be' processes and translating requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Product Ownership: Own and prioritize the product backlog, driving sprints that deliver measurable business value in efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.
  • ERP Implementation & Solution Design: Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and system integrations (SCM, WMS, CRM), designing scalable workflows and data flows to meet business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 3-8 years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst.

  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
  • Ability to analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and design optimized solutions.
  • Proficiency in BI and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions).
