Job Description:

A seasoned expert in AVEVA software is required to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. The installation and configuration of AVEVA tools on designated virtual machines will be a key responsibility. Technical expertise will also involve integrating AVEVA tools with other enterprise systems and databases, including SQL Server, ERP, PLC/DCS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure AVEVA software on designated VMs and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
  • System Integration: Integrate AVEVA tools with other enterprise systems and databases, including SQL Server, ERP, PLC/DCS.
  • Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for AVEVA applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using AVEVA solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Security Management: Ensure that all AVEVA applications are secure and comply with organizational security policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience with any of the AVEVA software solutions, including System Platform, Historian, Worktask/Skelta, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Batch Management, PI System.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL Server Database, .Net Programming, Javascript.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills and have hands-on experience with AVEVA software solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
