About The Role:

  • You will be a key part of a dynamic team, working closely with clients, internal teams, and production partners to ideate and execute innovative campaigns.
  • You will work with select clients to develop tailored brand solutions that meet their business objectives, leveraging your insights about the client, brand, and industry trends.
  • You will collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm concepts, using your expertise in pop culture and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world.
  • You will lead the execution of these ideas, handling all moving parts along with a team of juniors, and in collaboration with the production team, within set timelines and budgets.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that campaign ideas and execution align with the brand vision and business objectives.
  • You will stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, new technologies, audiences, and brand campaigns, generating fresh ideas that can be turned into pop-culture defining brand solutions.
  • You will analyze campaign outcomes, preparing detailed reports to maximize learning and drive future growth.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of 2-4 years in events, experiential marketing, or media is essential.
  • An interest in culture - both pop culture, and independent sub-cultures growing across India and the world - is crucial.
