Operational Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • The operational excellence specialist will be responsible for driving business growth in their set of cities.
  • This involves selecting and training new partners and improving the quality of current partners.
  • The role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on project management, team leadership, and influencing others.

The operational excellence specialist will also be expected to take charge of key central growth tracks for the category over time, including projects focused on improving quality and service excellence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and robust execution.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an ops-related/consulting/strategy role.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and projects – the ability to influence and lead.
  • Someone who understands that great things get built by both smarts AND hard work.
