Client Relationship Manager

Seeking a skilled professional to handle client relationships and drive end-to-end communication between agencies and clients.
Job OverviewThis role involves participating in brand strategy development, initiating discussions with clients, and presenting agency recommendations.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on brand planning discussions with clients and agency teams.
- Work independently on assignments, manage client meetings, take briefs, and present agency recommendations.
- Compile discussion notes, briefs, and information post-client meetings.
- Analyze sales and market share data for clients and competitors.
- Prepare briefs for creative development, market planning, and research.
- Conduct online research and compile information to support work development.
- Frequently follow up with departments to ensure jobs are executed as per brief and schedule.
- Coordinate with departments for photography assignments, film/TV production, radio production, etc.
- Manage estimates and bills, forward outstanding statements, and collect payments from clients.
A successful candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a graduate degree or higher in a related field.
