Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Engineer to fill this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate technical assistance to customers through various channels, including ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud applications
  • Proactively identify and escalate unresolved issues to maintain system stability
  • Provide timely and accurate technical assistance through ticketing systems
  • Maintain high-quality responses and efficient resolution times to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize daily tasks and manage critical issues and situations
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application production support, preferably on SaaS hosted applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. They should also have working knowledge of administrating UNIX, Linux, or Windows servers, as well as DB and MongoDB/MSSQL. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshworks, Kustomer is also desirable. Additionally, they should have good IT skills in troubleshooting and ownership from beginning to end.

Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in application production support, preferably on SaaS hosted applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Working knowledge of administrating UNIX, Linux, or Windows servers
  • Working knowledge of DB and MongoDB/MSSQL
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshworks, Kustomer
