Strategic HR Leader

About Our Organization

We are seeking a forward-thinking and consultative HR professional to drive the execution of our organization's vision, culture, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring seamless employee onboarding and assimilation processes
  2. Fostering a positive work environment and promoting organizational culture
  3. BUILDING AND ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATION'S DEVELOPMENT CENTER BRAND IN THE COMMUNITY
  4. Creating a high-performance work environment and promoting diversity and inclusivity
  5. Protecting organizational interests and initiating disciplinary actions when necessary
  6. Implementing organization-wide rewards and recognition programs and recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
  7. Managing employee grievances, including anti-sexual harassment and workplace concerns
  8. Managing Health & Wellness programs
  9. Establishing robust communication forums to facilitate interactions between management and employees

Required Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent preferred
  • 11-17 years of relevant experience
