Senior Process Manager Role and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Manager to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing processes.
  • This role will involve tracking and reconciling marketing spend versus budget, forecasting future spend, and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
  • The Senior Process Manager will also be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports and analysis for country, segment, and functional stakeholders.
  • Additionally, this position will partner with in-country marketers, regional/global stakeholders, sales ops, and finance to clarify spending status, manage accruals, and transfers as required.
  • The Senior Process Manager will perform training and QA analysis on EMT entries (finance system) to ensure marketing ROI calculations are accurate and consistent across markets/teams.
  • This role will also ensure agency and vendor spending is on track against project deliverables.
  • The Senior Process Manager will prepare monthly reports and analysis on spend for key stakeholder reviews.
  • Marketing Performance Reporting
  • The Senior Process Manager will prepare monthly marketing performance reporting for campaigns and paid media, attending reviews, and actioning key enhancements as required.
  • This role will ensure all reports are available on My Reporting, driving increased adoption of reporting tools and capabilities across the team.
  • The Senior Process Manager will support other key projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable institution, preferably in a finance or numerical discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in a related field, such as Finance analyst, Marketing Analyst, Business analyst.
  • Strong commercially oriented analytical skills, clear communication, professional demeanor, and ability to engage at a senior level.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Office Suite knowledge.
  • Familiarity with finance metrics, processes, and tools, such as SAP.
