Seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee facilities management of multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with over 10 years of experience and excellent leadership skills.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Maintenance and monitoring of various equipment including HVAC systems, hot water generation & distribution systems, electrical systems, CCTV, telephones, access control, fire systems, and electronic security systems.\
  • Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all services as per agreed deliverables and contract requirements.\
  • Representing Facilities in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and implementing process of BCP, carrying out regular drills.\
  • Ensure accurate inventory has been maintained for all services.\
  • Budget planning and ensuring budget targets are met as per agreed targets.\
  • Handling of retrofit projects and delivering projects on time.\
  • Security Management: successfully implemented Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for security services.\
  • Lead the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) implementation process and ensure OSHA 18001 and ISO 14001 certificates are renewed.\
  • Adherence to statutory compliances as per standards and ensure all vendors are complied.\
  • Conducting Monthly Meetings Reviews (MMRs) with Client with Highlights, Lowlights, and way forward.\
  • Ensure 100% uptime of all electrical and AV equipments.\
  • AMC renewals of AMC vendors renegotiating their costs and rating their services.\
  • Handling of projects: understand the drawing and execute the job through vendors for on-time completion and handover.\
  • Managing Electronic Security Systems like Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Perimeter Access Systems (PAS), CCTV, and FM 200.\
  • Documentation support during Internal & external Audits.\
  • Operation of Building Management System (BMS) system and Air conditioning system.\
  • Preparing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).\
  • Implementation of Contract Management process.\
  • Proper maintenance of Billing, Documentation, Drawings, and Vendor details, etc.\
  • Monitoring & analyzing of daily energy units consumption and analyzing.\
  • Repair & troubleshooting of systems in the Organization to restore the systems to their operating conditions in shortest time.\
  • Managing Fire hydrant Systems, Extinguishers, and Escape route maps.\
  • Operation of equipment like Diesel Generators (DG sets), HSD yard & Variable Air Volume (VAM) Chillers, lifts, etc.\
  • Maintaining the relevant Legal Documents related to Pollution Control Board (PCB), Electrical Byelaws (EB), etc. and Liaising with legal authorities.\
  • Optimization of spaces & electrical equipment like Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) & Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) through various initiatives.\
  • Building management in terms of Electrical, HVAC, Electronic Security systems, and other Civil & Mechanical related works.\
  • Responsible for handling complete administrative related works which includes Budgeting Soft services, Engineering, Security, Electronic security, Mail room, Transport, Help desk operations, EHS, BCP, etc.\
  • Responsible for handling Vendor management with a strength to handle core team members with different Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in each area to handle vendor staffs.\
  • Responsible for vendor contracting, AMC renewals HVAC, Electronic security, UPS, and electrical systems.\
