Facilities Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead our site operations in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest quality of services.

  • Manage site operations including supervising vendors, maintaining inventories and monitoring maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements achieving a 100% compliance score.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities management preferably in IT banking or corporate setups.
  • Strong communication skills and a good working knowledge of soft services cafeteria management and hospitality.
  • A graduate degree from a recognized institution.

Key qualifications include strong leadership and analytical skills excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Ensuring all sites comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders vendors and external partners.

Additionally you will:

  • Manage budgets and financial planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
