Job Title: Site Operations Manager - Senior

This is a senior role within our organization, overseeing the day-to-day operations of site management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution.

Key performance indicators include analyzing business performance on a monthly basis in terms of cost efficiency, establishing necessary analytics to monitor performance against budgets, and tracking and closing out disputes.

  • Managing cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Analyzing business performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Establishing key performance indicators to measure success.
  • Tracking and resolving disputes in a timely manner.
Site Operations Responsibilities:

Covering CTA Sites & High power Small cell Sites, including statutory/other compliance, agreement renewal & vendor management, acquisition of Lean / low rental site & Stores, rent reduction of Existing Sites & Stores including LLR, New Site delivery against target, and support on existing site up-gradation.

  • Ensuring all sites are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Renewing agreements with vendors to optimize costs.
  • Acquiring new sites and reducing rents where possible.
  • Delivering new sites on time and within budget.
  • Supporting the upgrade of existing sites.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in site operations and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and accounting systems.
